You stay in control of every run
Plans are approved first
Before anything touches the screen, Fleet AI writes a plan. You approve or reject it, or turn on auto-approval for workflows you trust.
Checkpoints and hand-offs
Runs pause at regular checkpoints, at budget limits, and whenever the AI needs a decision or hits a sign-in. Nothing is spent while a run is paused.
Watch live, take over anytime
See the computer live while the AI works, stop it at any moment, or take control yourself and hand it back when you're done.
Budgets on every run
Set a spending limit per run and a monthly cap per AI agent. When a limit is reached, the run pauses and waits for you.
Your systems and data stay protected
Each run is isolated
Every run executes in its own throwaway container with no stored secrets and no direct internet access. It can only reach the one computer it is working on.
Passwords the AI never sees
Logins live in encrypted vaults. Saved passwords can't be displayed to anyone, including our staff, and are typed into the target app without ever entering the AI model's context.
Outbound-only connection
The Fleet agent on your Windows computer connects out to Fleet AI. You don't open inbound ports, set up a VPN or expose remote desktop to the internet.
Guardrails on what the AI can do
Risky capabilities (shell commands, file access, app-specific write actions) are off by default on each computer. Text on screen, in PDFs or in emails is treated as data, never as instructions.

- Two-factor authentication (TOTP) and "sign out everywhere"
- Audit log of sign-ins, configuration changes, task actions and credential use (never the secret values themselves)
- Every run recorded step by step, with a screenshot per step and the AI's reasoning
- Accounts are fully separated: your computers, runs, workflows and vaults are only visible to your account
- Changes to accounting and line-of-business apps go through the app's own screens, so its business rules still apply. Fleet AI never writes to your application databases directly
