Automate your Microsoft Access app.
Without rewriting it.
Your business runs on an Access database someone built years ago. Fleet AI works its forms the way your staff does: it reads grids, ticks rows and presses buttons, then checks every change against what Access itself reports.
Works with Access forms, subforms and datasheets in .mdb and .accdb apps. Nothing to install inside the database.

Example run — Monthly bank reconciliation
The app works. The busywork around it doesn't.
No API, and the developer is long gone
The app works and the business depends on it, but nobody wants to touch the VBA. Integrations are off the table.
Rewriting it is a six-figure project
Migrating years of forms, reports and business rules to a new system is slow, risky and expensive, so it never quite happens.
So people do it by hand
Ticking hundreds of rows during a reconciliation. Retyping data from PDFs. Running the same report every Monday. Hours a week, every week.
The Microsoft Access work Fleet AI takes off your plate.
Start with one task. Once it runs reliably, add the next. Every workflow is yours to read, edit and schedule.
Bank & account reconciliation
Read the bank statement, read the open items from your Access form, match them on amount, reference and date, then tick the matched rows. Anything uncertain is flagged for you.
Data entry from documents
Key data from PDFs, emails and spreadsheets into your Access forms through the forms themselves, so your validation rules and event code still run.
Look-ups & quick answers
"How many payments are still uncleared?" "What's the deposit subtotal?" Fleet reads the open form directly, including the totals Access calculates. No screenshots, no export.
Reports & exports
Run the database's own reports, export them to Excel or PDF and send them where they need to go, on a schedule.
Moving data between systems
Copy records out of Access into Excel, a web portal or your accounting software, and back again, without the copy-paste marathon.
Month-end routines
The same 40-step sequence every month, done the same way every time and recorded so you can check it.
It reads Access directly. It changes things the way a person does.
Screen-only AI agents squint at a datasheet and click checkboxes one screenshot at a time. Fleet AI reads your forms directly from Access, and makes changes through the keyboard like a person, so your app behaves exactly as it does for your staff.
Reads forms, not screenshots
Grids, controls and computed totals are read straight from the open Access form, including what's on screen but not saved yet. Fast, exact and cheap.
Changes go through your forms
Fleet never writes to your tables directly. Every change is made through the form, so your app's own rules and event code run, then it verifies each row afterwards.
Stops when something's off
If Access raises a dialog or an error, Fleet reads the message and pauses for you instead of clicking through it. Finish, Post and Delete are off-limits unless your workflow says otherwise.
A real reconciliation, before and after.
A bank reconciliation in a Microsoft Access line-of-business app, about 85 open items per month. We first ran it with a screen-only AI agent, then with Fleet AI reading the form directly.
Measured on Fleet AI's production platform, September–October 2026.
From first call to first run.
- Step 1
Connect the computer
Install the Fleet agent on the Windows PC or cloud desktop that already runs Microsoft Access. It connects out to Fleet AI — no inbound ports, no VPN.
- Step 2
Show it once
Do the task once while explaining it, or describe it in plain English. Fleet turns it into a workflow with steps you can read and edit.
- Step 3
Approve and run
Approve the plan, then run it with one click or put it on a schedule. Choose the steps where it must wait for a human.
- Step 4
Check its work
Every run is recorded step by step. Watch it live, take over at any moment, or review it afterwards like an employee's work.
Microsoft Access automation, answered.
Do we need to change our Access database?
No. Nothing is installed inside Access, no tables or modules are added, and your VBA is untouched. Fleet AI works with the app as your staff sees it.
Which Access apps does it work with?
Line-of-business apps built in Microsoft Access (.mdb or .accdb) running on Windows: forms, subforms, datasheets and reports. If your team can do it in the app, there's a good chance Fleet AI can too. Bring an example to the call.
Could it corrupt our data?
Fleet AI never writes to your tables directly. Changes go through your forms, one verified step at a time, and it stops and asks you whenever Access shows a dialog or something doesn't add up.
What if the app shows an error or a popup?
Fleet checks for Access dialogs before every action. If one appears, it reads the message and pauses the run for you, with the dialog's text, instead of guessing which button to press.
We also have FoxPro / an old VB app / a custom ERP. Does that work too?
Yes. Fleet AI's general engine works with any Windows application through its screen, keyboard and accessibility information. Deeper, app-specific support like our Access tools is built per app; ask us about yours.
Where does it run?
On the Windows PC or cloud desktop where your Access app already runs. You install the Fleet agent, which connects out to Fleet AI. No inbound ports and no VPN.

15 minutes. If it’s a fit, we build it — and you judge the result.
