Pricing

Pay for the work. Not for seats.

No licences and no per-user fees. We look at your workflow on the call and quote the job before anything runs. Or pay for the minutes a run works and the AI it uses, or bring your own AI key and pay for the minutes only.

Pay as you go

$0.02per working minute
+ AI usage, billed by model

Each run pays for the time it spends working and the AI it uses, from prepaid credits.

  • Runtime is billed by the second, only while a run is planning or working
  • Time in the queue or waiting for your approval is free
  • AI usage is billed per token, at a rate that depends on the model you choose
  • A spending limit on every run, and the cost shown on every run's page
On request

Your own AI key

$0.02per working minute
No AI charges from Fleet AI

Bring your own key from your AI provider. Your provider bills you for the AI directly, and Fleet AI charges runtime only.

  • Use your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter key
  • The same runtime rate, billed the same way
  • Your AI usage stays on your own provider account and its terms
  • Available on request: we set it up with you

How a run is billed.

AI usage plus working minutes

Each run pays for the AI it used and the minutes it spent working, from prepaid credits. Time in the queue or waiting for your approval isn't billed.

Faster runs cost less

In Sage 50, Access and Excel, Fleet uses built-in actions and does many per step, so a run takes fewer AI steps and fewer minutes. Other apps go through control names and the screen, which takes more steps.

Limits you set

Give each run a spending limit: when it's reached, the run pauses and waits for you. Each AI app you connect can have its own monthly cap.

Every run shows its cost

Each run's page shows what it cost. The dashboard shows your spending today and over the last two weeks.

FAQ

Pricing, answered.

What does the first workflow cost to set up?

It depends on the workflow. Book your discovery call: we look at the work with you and quote it before anything runs.

What counts as working minutes?

The time a run spends planning and doing the work, billed by the second. Time queued behind another run on the same computer, or waiting for your approval, an answer or a sign-in, isn't counted.

How is AI usage priced?

Per token, at a rate that depends on the AI model. A fast, light model costs much less than a frontier model, and you choose the model for each role in Settings. Fleet reads your apps directly and keeps most of each request cached, which keeps usage low. Each run's page shows what it used and what it cost.

Can I use my own AI key?

Yes, on request. With your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter, your provider bills you for the AI directly and Fleet AI charges only the runtime. Book a call and we'll set it up with you.

When does a quote per job make sense?

When you'd rather have one agreed price than a usage bill, usually for recurring work with a steady volume, like a monthly reconciliation or a weekly report run. Tell us the job and we'll quote it.

Can I cap what a run spends?

Yes. Give a run or a workflow a spending limit: when it's reached, the run pauses and waits for you, and nothing more is spent while it waits. Each AI app you connect over MCP can also have a monthly cap, after which it can't start new runs.

What happens when my credits run out?

Runs draw from your account's prepaid credits. When the balance runs out, new runs don't start until credits are added.

Does a failed run cost anything?

It's billed for what it used before it stopped. A run that can't continue, for example because the computer's session dropped, stops right away instead of retrying, and its page says why.
