Automate the spreadsheet work.
Cell for cell, not screenshot by screenshot.
Every month someone exports a report, unmerges the headers, deletes the subtotal rows, sorts it and carries it into the next app. Fleet AI does that work in Excel itself, reading and writing cells directly, and hands you the finished file.
Built-in Excel actions: open, read and write ranges, delete matching rows, unmerge, sort and save. Nothing to install inside Excel.

Example run — Clean up the month-end export from Sage 50
The report is exported. Now someone has to fix it.
Exports aren't ready to use
Merged headers, subtotal rows, customer names split over two lines. Every export needs the same clean-up before anyone can use it.
Copy, paste, retype
Numbers move from the accounting software to Excel to a portal and back, by hand, one column at a time.
The macro nobody maintains
The VBA macro that used to do it broke two versions ago, and the person who wrote it has moved on.
The spreadsheet work Fleet AI takes off your plate.
Start with one task. Once it runs reliably, add the next. Every workflow is yours to read, edit and schedule.
Clean up exported reports
Unmerge cells, delete subtotal and blank rows, collapse two-line records and sort, so an export from Sage 50 or your ERP is ready to use.
Fill in templates
Write figures into the right cells of a client template or a monthly pack, then save it.
Move data between apps
Read a range and enter it into your accounting software or a web portal, or pull data out of an app into a sheet.
Delete what matches
Remove every row that matches a condition, like a zero balance or a closed account, in one step instead of one row at a time.
Monthly reporting packs
Run the same clean-up and layout on every month's numbers, the same way every time, on a schedule.
Quick answers from a workbook
"What's the total for this client?" Fleet reads the actual cells, the calculated values included, instead of a screenshot.
It works the cells, not the pixels.
A screen-only AI agent reads a spreadsheet one screenshot at a time and scrolls to see the rest. Fleet AI reads and writes ranges directly in Excel, so a long sheet is read in one step, not page by page.
Ranges in one step
Read a block of cells as rows and columns, or write one back, in a single action. No scrolling, and no reading numbers off a picture.
Bulk changes in one action
Delete every matching row, collapse two-line records or sort a range with Excel's own sort, one action each.
Nothing saved by surprise
Changes are made in Excel itself, so formulas recalculate and formats are kept. Nothing is written to disk until the workflow saves the workbook.
From first call to first run.
- Step 1
Connect the computer
Install the Fleet agent on the Windows PC or cloud desktop that already runs Excel. It connects out to Fleet AI — no inbound ports, no VPN.
- Step 2
Show it once, or describe it
Do the task once while explaining it, or describe it in plain English. Fleet turns it into a workflow with steps you can read, edit and schedule.
- Step 3
Approve and run
Approve the plan, then run it with one click or put it on a schedule. Choose the steps where it must wait for a human.
- Step 4
Check its work
Every run is recorded step by step. Watch it live, take over at any moment, or review it afterwards like an employee's work.
Sage 50, Microsoft Access and Excel have built-in Fleet actions, the fastest and cheapest way to work. Every other Windows or web app is worked through control names and the screen, which takes more steps. For an app you run every day, ask us about built-in actions.
Excel automation, answered.
Do we need macros or an Excel add-in?
No. Nothing is installed inside Excel and no VBA is needed. Fleet AI works with the Excel already installed on the computer.
Can it work with exports from Sage 50 or other apps?
Yes, and that's the most common job: export a report from Sage 50 or your ERP, clean it up in Excel, then file it or carry the numbers into the next app, all in one run.
Will it overwrite our files?
Only when the workflow saves the workbook, and then in place, in its current format. If you want the original kept, have the workflow open a copy.
Does it read formulas or values?
Values: what the cells show after Excel has calculated them. That's what you want when the numbers go into another app or a report.
Where does it run?
On the Windows PC or cloud desktop where Excel is installed. You install the Fleet agent, which connects out to Fleet AI. No inbound ports and no VPN.
