Automate the work around your ERP.
No API, no replacement project.
Orders arrive by email, PDF and spreadsheet, and someone keys every one into the ERP. Then the same numbers get keyed again into the accounting system and the customer's portal. Fleet AI does that work in the ERP's own screens, the way your staff does, and every run is recorded so you can check it.
Works with Windows ERP clients. It finds buttons and fields by the names Windows gives them, and looks at the screen only when it has to. ERPs don't have built-in Fleet actions, so expect more steps than in Sage 50 or Access.

The ERP runs the plant. Feeding it runs your staff.
No API you can use
Many ERPs have no API, and where one exists, connecting to it is a project of its own. Integration tools have nothing they can easily reach, so the data gets keyed by hand.
Replacing it is a project
Years of items, routings, customers and business rules live in the ERP. Migrating is slow, risky and expensive, so the ERP stays, and so does the manual work around it.
Recorded bots keep breaking
Bots that replay clicks at fixed positions fail when a window opens somewhere else, the screen resolution changes or a popup appears. Someone ends up doing the work by hand anyway.
The work around your ERP Fleet AI takes off your plate.
Start with one task. Once it runs reliably, add the next. Every workflow is yours to read, edit and schedule.
Order entry
Key customer orders from emails, PDFs and spreadsheets into the ERP's order screens, line by line, then read the totals back before anything is saved.
ERP to accounting, without re-keying
Carry invoices, receipts and month-end figures from the ERP into your accounting system, instead of typing them twice.
Supplier and customer portals
Update ship dates, order status and confirmations on each customer's supplier portal, and pull documents from your suppliers' portals.
Shipping status
Look up shipments on carrier sites and enter the status and tracking numbers against the orders in the ERP.
Month-end routines
The same long sequence of reports, exports and closing steps every month, done the same way every time and recorded so you can check it.
Files first. Fields by name. The screenshot last.
A screen-only AI agent takes a screenshot of every step and guesses where to click. A recorded bot clicks where the button used to be. Fleet AI looks for the quickest exact route to each step first, and only reads the screen when nothing else will do.
Files and exports first
If the ERP can export a report or print it to a file, Fleet reads the file instead of reading rows off the screen. The numbers come out exactly as the ERP wrote them.
Controls by name
Windows publishes the name of most buttons, fields and menus. Fleet clicks "Save Order" by name, so a window in a new place or a different screen resolution doesn't throw it off.
The screen, last
Some grids and custom controls tell Windows nothing. There, the AI describes what it wants, like "the line whose item is 4021", and Fleet finds it on screen. If more than one thing matches, it asks again instead of guessing.
From first call to first run.
- Step 1
Connect the computer
Install the Fleet agent on the Windows PC or cloud desktop where the ERP client already runs. Nothing is installed inside the ERP itself. The agent connects out to Fleet AI — no inbound ports, no VPN.
- Step 2
Show it once, or describe it
Do the task once while explaining it, or describe it in plain English. Fleet turns it into a workflow with steps you can read, edit and schedule.
- Step 3
Approve and run
Approve the plan, then run it with one click or put it on a schedule. Choose the steps where it must wait for a human.
- Step 4
Check its work
Every run is recorded step by step. Watch it live, take over at any moment, or review it afterwards like an employee's work.
Sage 50, Microsoft Access and Excel have built-in Fleet actions, the fastest and cheapest way to work. Every other Windows or web app is worked through control names and the screen, which takes more steps. For an app you run every day, ask us about built-in actions.
ERP automation, answered.
Which ERPs does it work with?
Windows ERP clients, such as DELMIAWorks/IQMS, Epicor, Sage 100, Macola and in-house systems. If your team does the task in the ERP's own screens, there's a good chance Fleet AI can too. Every ERP is set up differently, so bring yours to the call and we'll try it.
Is it as fast as your Sage 50 and Access automation?
Not straight away. Sage 50, Microsoft Access and Excel have built-in Fleet actions, which are the fastest and cheapest way to work. In an ERP, Fleet works through control names and the screen, which takes more AI steps. For an ERP your business runs on every day, ask us about building actions for it.
Do we need to change the ERP or install anything inside it?
No. Nothing is installed inside the ERP and nothing in it is modified. Fleet AI uses it through its normal screens, exactly as your staff sees it.
Could it damage our data?
Fleet AI never writes to the ERP's database directly. Every change goes through the ERP's own screens, so its validation and business rules still run. You approve the plan before a run starts, and you choose the steps where it must wait for a person, such as Save or Post.
What if a popup appears or a screen looks different?
Fleet reads the screen fresh at every step, so it sees a popup the way your staff would, and when it can't tell what to do, the run waits for you. You can watch any run live and take over at any moment.
Where does it run?
On the Windows PC or cloud desktop where the ERP client already runs. You install the Fleet agent, which connects out to Fleet AI. No inbound ports and no VPN.
