Automate the portals with no API.
Sign in once. Fleet AI does the rest.
Vendor portals, bank sites, government and benefits portals, customers' supplier portals: if it only has a website, someone on your team is clicking through it. Fleet AI works those sites in its own Chrome window, then carries the results into your desktop apps.
Works with any website in Chrome: it reads pages, fills in forms, pulls out tables and, when you allow it, downloads and uploads files.

Example run — Download this month's utility invoices and file them
If it only has a website, someone is clicking through it.
No API, no export
Utilities, carriers, government portals and customers' supplier portals only offer a website. Integration tools can't reach them, so the data gets copied by hand.
A different site for everything
Dozens of portals, each with its own menus, its own sign-in and its own idea of where the invoices live. The work is simple. Keeping up with it isn't.
The same clicks, every month
Sign in, filter, download, rename, file, retype. Hours of skilled time spent being a human API.
The portal work Fleet AI takes off your plate.
Start with one task. Once it runs reliably, add the next. Every workflow is yours to read, edit and schedule.
Invoice and statement downloads
Sign in to each vendor, utility or telecom portal, download the month's invoices and statements, then rename and file them where your team expects them.
Bank and payment portals
Download statements and remittance reports from bank and payment sites, ready for reconciliation in your accounting software.
Government and benefits portals
Pull notices, statements and remittance reports from tax, payroll and benefits portals that only offer a website.
Uploads and submissions
Fill in forms and upload files on customer and supplier portals: invoices, compliance documents, order confirmations.
Order and status updates
Update ship dates, order status or stock levels on each customer's supplier portal from your ERP or a spreadsheet.
Portal tables into your apps
Read a portal's orders, claims or transactions as rows and columns, then enter them into Excel or your accounting software. No copy and paste.
It reads the page. It doesn't squint at it.
A screen-only AI agent takes a screenshot of the website and guesses where to click. Fleet AI reads each page as text, with every link, button and field named, so it clicks the right thing and pulls tables out exactly.
Pages read as text
Headings, links, buttons and fields come back as text with a name for each. Tables come out as rows and columns, not as a picture of a table.
You sign in once
Sign in to each site yourself, once, in Fleet's own Chrome window. Later runs reuse that sign-in. Logins saved in your encrypted vault are typed in without the AI ever seeing the password.
Show it once, replay it
Do the task once in Fleet's Chrome and it becomes a recorded shortcut and a draft workflow, with passwords left out. A recorded step that no longer matches the page is never clicked blind.
From first call to first run.
- Step 1
Connect the computer
Install the Fleet agent on a Windows PC or cloud desktop. Fleet AI works your portals in its own Chrome window there, separate from anyone's personal browser. It connects out to Fleet AI — no inbound ports, no VPN.
- Step 2
Show it once, or describe it
Do the task once while explaining it, or describe it in plain English. Fleet turns it into a workflow with steps you can read, edit and schedule.
- Step 3
Approve and run
Approve the plan, then run it with one click or put it on a schedule. Choose the steps where it must wait for a human.
- Step 4
Check its work
Every run is recorded step by step. Watch it live, take over at any moment, or review it afterwards like an employee's work.
Sage 50, Microsoft Access and Excel have built-in Fleet actions, the fastest and cheapest way to work. Every other Windows or web app is worked through control names and the screen, which takes more steps. For an app you run every day, ask us about built-in actions.
Web portal automation, answered.
Does the website need an API?
No. Fleet AI works the website through its normal pages in Chrome, the way your staff does. If your team can do it in a browser, there's a good chance Fleet AI can too. Bring an example to the call.
How does it sign in?
You sign in to each site once, in Fleet's own Chrome window on the computer, using Take Control. The sign-in stays in that window for later runs. You can also save a login in Fleet's encrypted vault: it is typed into the page without the AI ever seeing the password.
What about two-factor codes?
A person enters them. When a site asks for a code or a fresh sign-in, the run pauses and asks you, then carries on once you're done.
Does it use my own Chrome, with my bookmarks and passwords?
No. Fleet AI uses its own Chrome window with its own profile on the computer, separate from anyone's personal browser.
Can it download and upload files?
Yes, once you turn on file access for that computer. Downloads are saved on the computer, ready for the next step: reading the PDF, filing it, or entering it into your accounting software.
What if the website changes?
Fleet AI reads each page fresh on every run and finds links and fields by their names, so a moved button or a new layout usually isn't a problem. A recorded step that no longer matches the page is never clicked blind.
