Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Fleet AI (“Fleet AI”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you create an account at app.fleet-ai.co or otherwise use Fleet AI (the “Service”).
If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so. “You” then means that organization. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What Fleet AI does
Fleet AI runs AI agents that carry out work on Windows computers you connect to your account, using the software already installed on them. You decide which computers to connect, what the agents work on, and which capabilities each computer allows. Depending on your settings, an agent proposes a plan for your approval, pauses at checkpoints, and hands control back to you when it needs a decision.
The Service is for business use. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
2. Your account
- You can sign up with a Google or Microsoft account, or as invited by your organization. Keep your sign-in methods secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by the people you give access to and by the AI agents acting on your instructions.
- Tell us right away at privacy@tryfleet.ai if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
- The information you give us when you sign up must be accurate.
3. Your computers, credentials and authority
When you connect a computer, install the Fleet agent, or store a login in a vault, you confirm that:
- you own or are authorized to control that computer, and you may let Fleet AI operate it on your behalf;
- you are authorized to use the accounts, credentials and software the agents will use, and doing so through an automated agent does not breach the terms of that software or service; and
- the people whose data the agents will process have been given any notice, and you have any consent, that the law requires.
4. AI output and your responsibility
AI agents can make mistakes. They may misread a screen, enter wrong data, or take an action you did not expect. Fleet AI gives you tools to stay in control (plan approval, checkpoints, budgets, live view, run recordings), and you are responsible for:
- choosing which actions an agent may take, and approving plans where approval is required;
- reviewing the results of each run before relying on them, especially for financial, accounting, tax, payroll, legal or other important records; and
- keeping your own backups of the systems and data the agents work on.
Fleet AI does not provide accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- access a computer, account or system without authorization;
- get around security measures, CAPTCHAs, rate limits or other technical restrictions of any website or software;
- send spam or carry out fraud, phishing or impersonation;
- create or spread malware, or harm the Service, other customers or our providers;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service, except as the law expressly allows; or
- break the usage policies of the AI model providers we use.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend the affected computers, agents or accounts to protect you, other customers or the Service.
6. Prepaid credits and fees
- The Service is paid with prepaid credits. You add credits through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Each run and chat uses credits: working time by the minute, and AI usage at the model provider’s list price plus our markup. Current prices are shown in the app. A run that is waiting for your approval or reply is not charged for working time.
- When your balance reaches zero, new runs are paused until you add credits.
- Credits are not refundable or transferable, except where the law requires otherwise. Promotional or welcome credits have no cash value and may expire.
- We may change prices. Changes apply to work that starts after the change takes effect, and we will tell you in advance of any price increase.
- Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
7. Your data
You own the content you put into the Service and the content the Service produces for you, including run recordings, screenshots, extracted data and files (“Your Data”). You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use Your Data to train AI models. To perform the work you ask for, the Service sends the necessary parts of Your Data, such as screenshots and text, to the AI model providers that power the agents.
You can export or delete Your Data, or ask us to, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services, such as AI model providers, Stripe for payments, and Google or Microsoft if you sign in with them. Your use of a third-party service is also subject to that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. New and experimental features
We may offer features marked as beta, preview or experimental. They may change or be removed, and are provided as they are.
10. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if required by law. When reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- When an account is closed, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue (including sections 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15) continue to apply.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate or complete, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if told they were possible; and
- our total liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to, such as for gross negligence or intentional fault.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us for claims by third parties, and related costs, that arise from your breach of sections 3 or 5 or from Your Data, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you are located gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
